• 2022 – New Monument Signs at Association Entrances

As part of our commitment to modernizing the association and enhancing curb appeal, we installed new LED monument signs at all association entrances. These signs replaced the original monument signs, which had become obsolete and beyond repair, and now offer a polished, welcoming first impression for every business and visitor arriving at Hurstbourne Green.

• 2023 – Irrigation Improvements and Landscape Enhancements

The association entrances had gone years without active irrigation. Working closely with Louisville Water Company, the association board secured new water meters and restored irrigation service, ensuring our entrances look their best with vibrant seasonal color year-round.

• 2025 – Median Tree Replacement

New trees were planted throughout the association’s medians in Fall 2025 to replace dying and diseased trees. This investment in our green spaces enhances the beauty and character of Hurstbourne Green for years to come.

• 2026 & Beyond – Looking Ahead

The Hurstbourne Green Association remains dedicated to the long-term success of our businesses, partners, and landowners. In 2026, the Association launched a website as a resource for property owners and will begin accepting electronic credit card payments for annual assessments. Other planned physical improvements include maintenance of retention basins, continued beautification of association medians, and ongoing upkeep of shared amenities. Together, we are building a business community that continues to grow, thrive, and impress.
